Bouldering hall inside an 18-meter WW2 bunker on the RAW site in Friedrichshain.
Der Kegel is one of Berlin's most distinctive climbing venues — a 550m² bouldering hall built inside an 18-meter WW2 anti-aircraft bunker on the legendary RAW-Gelände in Friedrichshain. The hipster vibe runs strong, but the climbing is excellent: a great mix of indoor and outdoor walls (about half the climbing is outside, perfect in summer), plus a small training area. The site also includes a tall sport climbing tower in the bunker for those who want to rope up, while the bouldering remains the heart of the hall. Relaxed atmosphere, sharp setting.
